SC 11-year-old boy dies after ATV incident in Chester County, sheriff says
An 11-year-old boy died after an ATV incident in Chester County Monday night, the sheriff’s office said.
The fatality happened around 8:50 p.m. on West End Road in Chester, according to a Chester County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post. Chester County Coroner Terry Tinker identified the child who died as Damien Whisonant.
No other information has been released.
Deputies, the coroner, and the State Law Enforcement Division are investigating.
