Friday, Harry Wayne Casey added downtown Rock Hill to the list as his KC and The Sunshine Band performed at the city’s amphitheater.

It was a classic KC and The Sunshine Band concert as the band played hit after hit from their 1970s albums that went triple platinum and launched a dance revolution.

The concert was a sell-out. Those lucky enough to have a ticket embraced Casey, who made music his career because he wanted people to “forget about their problems and be happy.”
