Crash with injuries blocking SC 5 in Lancaster

Crews are responding to a wreck with injuries that is blocking traffic on S.C. 5 in Lancaster County, according to the S.C. Highway Patrol.

The crash happened about 4:15 p.m. on S.C. 5 near Steel Hill Road and involves injuries, according to the Highway Patrol’s website. It’s not clear how many vehicles are involved, but the roadway is apparently blocked.

Paramedics have been requested, according to scanner traffic.
