‘Friday Lunch Stop’ series brings live music to downtown Rock Hill
Anyone heading downtown for lunch on Friday might notice the sounds of music in the air.
The “Friday Lunch Stop” is a downtown Rock Hill music series, sponsored by Rock Hill Parks, Recreation and Tourism, that runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the public Black Street parking lot across from city hall every Friday through Oct. 30.
The concert this week features Greg Lilley playing originals along with covers of The Eagles, Paul Simon, Maroon 5 and more.
Visitors are welcome to listen to the concert as they stroll to lunch, do their shopping or run errands, or they can sit in the concert area and listen through lunch. Some seating will be available at the site, but concertgoers are welcome to bring their own chairs and blankets as well.
