Apartments in downtown Rock Hill set to open in July

In 1916, the F.W. Woolworth store first opened its doors to Rock Hill shoppers at 139 Main St.

This summer, 100 years later, the site is welcoming new tenants at 139 Main, a 37-unit apartment building with views of downtown, 10-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and private balconies – all within an easy walk of downtown parking, businesses, churches and special events.

The apartments will rent for between $765 to $2,000 per month, according to the leasing company My Niche Apartment, a division of Lat Purser & Associates. Eight apartments have already been leased.

The estimated $3.7 million project is being developed by The Tuttle Co. and Lat Purser & Associates of Charlotte.
