Editor’s note: some Herald & Observer papers not delivered to subscribers

Readers in some parts of York County did not receive a printed newspaper Thursday morning due to production issues.

This affected subscribers for both The Herald and The Observer.

Carriers are making every effort to deliver newspapers as quickly and safely as possible. A reminder that the E-edition - the digital replica of the print newspaper - is available to subscribers to read until a paper is delivered.
