Girls on the Run in Rock Hill

Hundreds of girls, their parents, siblings and supporters flooded the streets of downtown Rock Hill Saturday morning for one last run with Girls on the Run of the Tri County.

The season-ending 5K run was a non-competitive event that instead provides girls with a goal to work toward.

The program encourages girls to make healthy lifestyle choices and promotes positive self-esteem.
