The Warren Norman Company announced late last week that homesites in the exclusive Harlinsdale subdivision are opening to development.

The company, which does residential and commercial development, is offering a $10,000 price-reduction to the first four buyers who put down a deposit on a home site.

Phase I of Harlinsdale has 70 to 75 homes constructed, according to developer Warren Norman. Phase II of the subdivision will have 15 lots on cul-de-sacs available for development, with home sites ranging in size from .54 to 1.77 acres. Minimum square footage for the development will be 3,000 to 3,200 square feet, Norman said, however most homes in the neighborhood range from 3,500 to 7,400 square feet. Norman expects home values to be $400,000 and above.

Home construction in Phase II is expected to start in late summer or fall, Norman said.

The Harlinsdale neighborhood is on India Hook Road, just off Celanese Road in Rock Hill.
