Driver of moped dead after crash in York

The driver of a moped was killed Saturday afternoon after a wreck near York Comperensive High School.

The accident occured on S.C. Hwy. 5 near Lincoln Road.

Officials have not released details of the wreck.

York County Deputy Chief Coroner Chris Westover will release information on the victim after the family has been notified.
