The Clover High School Varsity cheerleaders placed first in region competing against Nation Ford (second), Fort Mill (third), Northwestern (fourth) and Rock Hill (fifth). Upper state qualifiers are Nov. 12. The top three teams move on to the state championship Nov. 19.
