Fire Safety Week: Timely tips on avoiding tragedy at the Fort Mill Fire Department

The Fort Mill Fire Department held an open house at Fire Station 1 on Tom Hall Street to celebrate Fire Safety Week. Kids of all ages were reminded to make a plan to stay safe during the holidays and all year long. Visitors learned about the fire department through games, station tours, automobile rescue simulations and up and close views of an air medic, ambulance and fire truck.
