More business coming to Lake Wylie
Grading is underway to bring more business to Lake Wylie at Charlotte Highway and Carroll Cove Road.
Robbie Branstrom, broker for Charlotte-based Collett, said there has been a lot interest in the new development.
Her father and part owner of the property Bill Branstom said there will be three outparcels in the front facing Charlotte Highway and one in the back.
He said there is no timeline for completing the project, and they are finalizing contracts. He hopes to have more information in about 30 days.
Collet’s website www.collettre.com/home lists two of the four Lake Wylie outparcels under contract. The center highway location on .93 acres and back location on 1.73 acres are listed for sale.
