Allen Tate Co. announces its Charlotte-Steele Creek sales office has relocated to 2130 Ayrsley Town Boulevard, suite A.
“It’s a very visible and convenient location which will be great for Allen Tate customers,” said Kim Overman, Charlotte-Steele Creek branch leader.
The new office accommodates more than 30 Realtors and staff, and features an open floor plan, large workroom and private conference space.
Allen Tate Co. has 23 Charlotte-area locations, for a total of 41 branches in North and South Carolina.

Rinehart Realty leader named SC Realtor of Year
Jay Rinehart of Rock Hill has been named the South Carolina Realtor of the Year.
The award was given at the state association’s recent conference in Hilton Head.
The Realtor of the Year program honors a member who has contributed most to the advancement of the real estate profession and community within the past year.
Jay Rinehart is president, chief executive officer and broker in charge of Rinehart Realty. He has served on local, state and national associations of Realtors boards, including the Piedmont Regional Board of Realtors and SCR’s Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. He served as president of SCR in 2010.
Rinehart is the current chair of the National Association of Realtors’ Legal Action Committee. He has been a National Association of Realtors director for the last five years and was recently appointed by the association as the liaison for business specialties.
Rinehart Realty also has an office in Lake Wylie at 264 Latitude Lane, suite 103.

Catawba Community Grillfest will be held 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 17 at Catawba Park, Old Concord Road.
There will be free barbecue, music from the Flatland Express Bluegrass Band, an ice cream truck and games for the whole family as way to learn more about the Catawba Nuclear Station.
