Fort Mill, Tega Cay team up for flood relief
The City of Tega Cay and Town of Fort Mill have joined together to collect relief donations for those devastated by flooding in the Midlands and Low County area of South Carolina.
Bottled water and canned goods will be collected Oct. 9-15. Delivery is scheduled for Oct. 16. Donations can be dropped off 24/7 at the following location:
▪ City of Tega Cay Fire Department (7200 Tega Cay Drive)
▪ Town of Fort Mill Fire Department (121 Tom Hall Street)
Also, Michelle Cherikos and her fellow 2015 S.C. Strawberry Festival Pageant Queens are teaming up with Paracle Realty and collecting the following supplies at the Realty office in Baxter at 975 Market Street, Suite 102:
▪ Water cases
▪ Water gallons
▪ Diapers (all sizes)
Drop off 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 7-10.
