Clover High School students honor veterans serving breakfast

Clover High School’s annual Veterans Appreciation Breakfast was held Nov. 10 and co-hosted by Air Force Junior ROTC unit and the school’s Interact Club.

With nearly 350 in attendance, this was the group’s largest gathering yet, said Maj. Brian Batson. At the event was Perry Hopkins, the most decorated veteran in South Carolina and father of former CHS principal Mark Hopkins, now executive director of secondary education and administrative services for Clover School District.
