Developer adding 108 apartments to Fort Mill’s Millcrest Park
More apartments are coming to the Waterstone area.
High Point, N.C.- based Blue Ridge Companies announced Tuesday it will expand Millcrest Park. The addition includes upscale floor plans up to 1,300 square feet with a variety of high-end options. Millcrest is one of three Carolinas properties built in the mid-2000s that Blue Ridge will expand in the coming year.
“Based off of our current performance and confidence in the growth potential that we have in these markets, we’ve decided to expand these three high-performing communities,” said Susan Passmore, executive vice president.
“Once complete, we’ll have added 108 more units at Millcrest Park.”
New buildings will be three stories and garden style, with nine-foot ceilings. The Fort Mill project should be ready by the second quarter of 2016.
“We’ve been very pleased with the performance in the original phase of these properties,” Passmore said.
“We’re glad we can continue to invest further into these communities and create new homes for residents located in desirable, growing cities and towns.”
