Before embarking on the beginning of a new school year, the Clover School District named Jennifer Dundr the 2015-2016 District Teacher of the Year at the annual Opening Convocation Aug. 8 at Clover School District Auditorium.
Dundr, entering her 11th year in Clover and her 19th year overall in education, was selected from a group of ten peers representing each of the districts ten schools by a selection committee made up of members of the Clover community.
As district teacher of the year she will represent the district and vie for the title of State Teacher of the Year.
A graduate of Bluffton University in northwest Ohio, Dundr teaches eighth-grade English and English I at Oakridge Middle School.
