Helms, Roseboom to wed Dec. 3

Mr. and Mrs. Donnie L. Helms Jr. of Fort Mill are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Leigh Helms, to David Alfred Roseboom, son of Mr. and Mrs. David S. Roseboom of Pattersonville, N.Y.

The couple is to be married on Dec. 3, 2016, at McBryde Hall, in Rock Hill.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate, cum laude and is employed at United Brokerage in Charlotte.

The groom is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate and is a left-handed pitcher for the Binghamton Mets, the Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets.

The couple plans to reside in Fort Mill.
