Tattooing equipment seized from Rock Hill home
Rock Hill Police confiscated tattooing equipment Monday night from a house where officers allege that a 27-year-old woman was illegally performing tattoos.
The woman was not criminally charged, according to police records. Officers say they saw the woman sketching a tattoo design on someone’s back when they arrived at the Spruce Street home around 5 p.m.
At first, the woman said she was just practicing but later admitted to police that she has performed tattoos inside the house, the report states.
