Charlotte man accused of exposing himself at Rock Hill library
A 24-year-old Charlotte man was arrested in Rock Hill on Monday night after officers say he was seen partially naked outside a public library – directly across from the police department on Black Street.
York County Library employees told Rock Hill police the man could be seen from an office window engaged in obscene activity, according to an incident report. When officers went to the scene around 6:45 p.m., they arrested William Dorsha Hamright Jr., police records show.
He’s accused of resisting arrest and has been charged with disorderly conduct (obscene gestures) and possession of marijuana, the incident report states.
