Chester man sentenced to 10 years in prison for 2015 shooting of teen girl
A Chester man was sentenced to 10 years in prison late Monday after pleading guilty in a 2015 shooting into a home that left a 17-year-old girl shot in the hand.
Timothy Lamar Franklin III, 21, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and battery, said Candice Lively, 6th Circuit Deputy Solicitor.
The incident happened in September 2015 at a house on Hope Street in Chester.
