Man, 52, injures motorcyclist, charged with felony DUI in Chester County, police say
A 52-year-old man was arrested Friday on a felony DUI charge, according to the Chester County Detention Center.
Fred Coulter collided with a motorcyclist and left him “seriously hurt,” reports WSOC-TV, The Herald’s news partner.
