Man leaves Rock Hill courtroom, pees on patrol car, police say
A man was arrested Thursday afternoon after police say he walked out of a jury trial in the Rock Hill courtroom and peed on a patrol car, according to a Rock Hill Police Report.
Deric Hudson, 33, was charged with public disorderly conduct, the report says.
Hudson told officers he had to “piss real bad,” the report says.
Officers said the suspect walked out of the courtroom and didn’t ask to use a bathroom before walking up to the police car, the report says.
An officer watched the incident on camera, the report says.
Hudson has previous arrest warrants for forgery or using forged documents and fraud against a financial institution, the report says.
