York man charged with criminal sexual conduct involving teen

Christopher Johnson, 19, of York is facing charges for criminal sexual conduct after possibly impregnating a 14-year-old girl.

The girl’s mother contacted police after her daughter was found to be 13-16 weeks pregnant. The girl’s mother told officers Johnson said he is not sure if the baby is his or not.

The relationship was consensual.

Johnson was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor and possession of marijuana. He’s currently in custody at the York County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.
