Rock Hill brothers arrested after threatening woman with guns

A pair of Rock Hill brothers were arrested Wednesday for threatening a woman at her home on Chestnut Street earlier this week.

The victim, 24, told officers on Monday that her boyfriend, Derrick Durham, 24, and his brother, Shawn Durham came to her house around 3 p.m. and pointed guns at her, a Rock Hill police report states. She also said Derrick Durham slapped her.

The victim got in her car and drove away to call the police.

After an additional investigation, police charged Derrick Durham with pointing and presenting a firearm, criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and carrying a pistol unlawfully. His bond was set at $75,000.

Shawn Durham was charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, carrying a pistol unlawfully, felon in possession of a pistol and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a violent crime. His bond was denied.
