Chester man gets 30 days for hitting child, mother after passing stopped school bus
A Chester man who hit a woman and child after passing a stopped school bus in 2016 was sentenced Thursday to 30 days in jail and a year of probation after pleading guilty.
Danny Dove, 55, passed a Head Start bus in April 2016 in Chester. A girl, 5, and her mother, were injured.
Dove pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a school bus resulting in great bodily injury, court documents in Chester County show.
