Police seek wanted Rock Hill man on fraud, forgery charges
Rock Hill Police have issued new fraud warrants for the man previously charged in a March armed robbery at CVS.
John Hunsucker, 37, was arrested in March and charged with armed robbery and unlawful possession of a pistol during a violent crime, according to Rock Hill police records.
Police say he entered the CVS at 609 Cherry Road about 11:30 p.m. on March 11 and purchased candy worth $2. He then pulled a handgun from his waistband, telling the cashier to empty the register drawer. The suspect left on foot with about $250, according to the report.
Now, he is believed to be involved in a new crime this week involving thefts of stolen checks.
Warrants have been issued charging Hunsucker with bank fraud, forgery and conspiracy, according to the Rock Hill Police Department’s Facebook page.
