Rock Hill middle school student charged with bringing BB gun to campus
A student at Rawlinson Road Middle School was charged with bringing a BB gun to school Tuesday morning, according to a Rock Hill police report.
An officer responded to the seventh-grade hallway of the school just before 9 a.m., the report says. An assistant principal searched the student’s bag and found a black Beretta APX BB gun, the report says.
The student was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon on school property, the report says. The student has been issued a summons for family court.
