A Rock Hill man has been arrested by York County deputies for allegedly peeping and exploiting minors.

State investigators say Jesse Clayton Cash, 34, recorded a nude minor without their knowledge or consent and had pornographic images of children in his possession, according to the attorney general’s office.

Jesse Clayton Cash, 34, was arrested Wednesday and has been charged with seven counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and two counts of voyeurism, jail records show.

The case was brought by the Internet Crimes against Children task force headed in South Carolina by the S.C. Attorney General’s Office, according to York County deputies.

The arrest of Cash is the third by the Internet task force in York County in two weeks.
