What started as a reported shoplifting call Friday night at a Rock Hill drugstore ended with a woman charged with trafficking heroin, police said.

Officers were called to a Rite Aid store to what had been reported as shoplifting. The officers found Jasmine Ann Jessurun, 26, with a $146 makeup kit under her jacket, according to A Rock Hill Police Department report. Jessurun was taken to the Rock Hill jail for booking.

At the jail, police opened the patrol car door and found a baggie containing four grams of heroin at Jessurun’s feet, officers said. Police also found other narcotic pills, officers said.
