Thieves forced their way into a Rock Hill home recently and stole $6,000 in electronics and $3,000 cash, according to a Rock Hill Police report filed Friday.
The 58-year-old victim said the burglar forced entry through his back door and took three flat screen televisions, two laptops, a stereo system, his ID and Social Security card. He also reported $3,000 in cash missing.
Police found a cut in the screen that surrounded the porch at the back of the home. The door frame was also damaged from being kicked in, the report states.
No one was home at the time of the burglary. The man was unable to provide a list of suspects, but he did give officers the name of a woman who he met recently.
