A Rock Hill man was jailed after pulling out a gun, waving it in the air and pointing it at several people during an argument early Sunday, according to Rock Hill Police.
Andarius Patterson, 22, of Glenarden Drive was charged with two counts of pointing and presenting a firearm.
Two residents of a home on the 1000 block of Glenarden Drive told officers they were woken up by Patterson having an argument with his girlfriend about 4 a.m., according to a police report. When they asked Patterson to leave for the night to calm down, Patterson reportedly went to his vehicle, retrieved a black handgun and tucked it into his waist band.
Patterson reentered the home and continued arguing with everyone inside, police said. When asked again to leave, he went outside and stood in the driveway, pulled the gun from his waist band and began waving it in the air and pointing it at the other individuals.
