A York County man arrested for dealing crack cocaine and marijuana at Rock Hill’s Executive Inn the same week it was condemned by the city was sentenced to 13 years in prison Thursday.
Lorenzo Givens, 41, who has past convictions for drugs, pleaded guilty to six drug charges Thursday, said Leslie Robinson, 16th Circuit assistant solicitor.
Givens was arrested in October just days after residents were told to move out after a drug sting after complaints about drug dealing at the motel. The motel was later demolished.
Givens pleaded guilty to three counts of crack cocaine distribution second offense; one count of possession of crack with intent to distribute second offense; one count of trafficking crack second offense; and one count of distribution of marijuana, third offense.
