An Indian Land woman is accused of drinking wine and inhaling a can of air dust inside the Rock Hill Target on Memorial Day.
A store employee told police the woman was seen huffing and drinking alcohol near the cleaning aisle at about 3 p.m. Monday. She was “so intoxicated that she could not stand up on her own,” according to a Rock Hill Police report.
EMS were called to check on her.
The woman, identified as Dana Wiseman, 42, told officers the can of dust came from Target and had not been paid for.

Officers arrested Wiseman and charged her with inhaling aromatic hydrocarbons, public disorderly conduct and public display of wine/ alcohol, the report states. The store declined to press charges for shoplifting.
She is being held at the Rock Hill Jail on a $1,500 bond.
