Deputies: Man wearing gas mask pointed gun inside Indian Land Dunkin’ Donuts

Lancaster County authorities are looking for a man who is accused of pointing a gun at an Indian Land Dunkin’ Donuts employee Monday night.

Sheriff’s office officials say the employee called police around 6:20 p.m. after the suspect came out of the restroom and pointed a gun at him. The suspect then fled on foot, according to a news release from the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.

The Dunkin’ Donuts is located at 8374 Charlotte Hwy.

Authorities say no photographs from inside the store during the incident are available. The employee told deputies that the suspect didn’t approach the sales counter, did not ask for money and that no one was injured.

According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect was wearing a military-style rubber gas mask during the incident.
