Rock Hill police investigating series of forged checks
Rock Hill police are investigating a series of forged checks at Family Trust Federal Credit Union.
Credit union officials gave Rock Hill police seven forged checks totaling $5,833, which had been deposited electonically. The money then was withdrawn from ATMs shortly after making the deposits, according a Rock Hill police report.
The forged checks were written on two business accounts and ranged from $704 to $980.
