Exchange of pepper spray in Rock Hill results in disorderly conduct arrests

Two Rock Hill women were charged with disorderly conduct Thursday after police say they sprayed pepper spray on each other.

Felicia Williams, 26, and Taneka Williams, 32, who both live on Booker Washington Street, were arguing Thursday evening, according to a Rock Hill police report.

Taneka Williams sprayed Felicia Williams and her 5-year-old daughter in the face, the report states, before Felicia Williams used her own pepper spray to spray Taneka Williams.

Taneka Williams told police Felicia Williams sprayed her first and that Felicia Williams’ daughter was between them and not intentionally sprayed.

Witnesses gave police conflicting information as to who sprayed whom first, according to the report.
