A York County fugitive recently arrested in North Carolina was wanted on child sex crime charges from 2011.

Patrick Delucchi, 49, was arrested June 3 in Shelby, N.C., and extradited to York County, where he was charged with four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He remains in the York County detention center.

Delucchi is accused of repeatedly forcing a 13-year-old girl to perform oral sex on him between August and December 2011, according to a York County Sheriff’s Office report.

He was one of three fugitives apprehended last week after the sheriff’s office released the men’s mugshots to media outlets, including The Herald.

The other two suspects, Lawrence Dentremont, 48, and James Robert Dulin Jr., 25, were each wanted by York County authorities for failure to register as a sex offender.
