Rock Hill Police on Thursday arrested a second suspect in connection with the armed robbery of a CiCi’s Pizza employee earlier this week after a late night traffic stop Thursday by York County deputies.

Ryan Brandon Ostrowski, 28, was charged with armed robbery, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and criminal conspiracy after deputies on patrol in York noticed that Ostrowski was in a blue BMW with an improperly displayed license tag pulling out of a driveway on Davis Farm Road in York, according to police reports.

Ostrowski allegedly was one of two armed men who robbed an employee of CiCi’s Pizza on Cherry Road late Monday and fled in a dark colored BMW.

Michael Isaac Jones, 19, had been arrested Wednesday for armed robbery and remains incarcerated.

When deputies made the traffic stop and took Ostrowski into custody Thursday night because he was wanted by Rock Hill Police, authorities said another passenger, Blake Daniel Hale, 20, was grossly intoxicated, yelling and cursing. Hale was charged with public disorderly conduct as well as possession of alcohol by a minor after police found an open bottle of liquor in the vehicle.

Two others in the vehicle were issued citations for open container.
