A Rock Hill man was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor after he allegedly climbed into bed with two young boys and performed a sex act on one of them, according to Rock Hill Police.
Alan Brian Bolin, 54, of South Spruce Street is booked at the York County Detention Center, where he remains Friday without bond.
The alleged victims are 8 and 10 years old, according to a police report. One boy told his mother Thursday that Bolin climbed into bed with him and his brother, pulled down the boy’s pants and performed a sex act on him.
Bolin attempted to do the same thing on the other boy, who held the sheet close to his body, preventing Bolin from touching him, according to the report.

The boys’ mother said she confronted Bolin about the incident and he denied it, police said. The boys were taken to a hospital for a forensic physical.
