York Co. inmate charged with exposing himself in jail
A man jailed in the York County detention center is facing an additional charge after exposing himself and continuing to do so after being told to stop, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy conducting a housing count in the jail about 10 p.m. Monday saw 29-year-old Jonathan Dixon standing in his cell, exposing himself, according to a sheriff’s report. The deputy told Dixon to stop, but he continued, even after being told he would be written up.
Dixon, who was already in jail on charges of first-degree burglary and larceny, was charged with two counts of exposure of private parts in a lewd and lascivious manner. He remains incarcerated under $5,800 bond.
