Police: Rock Hill man throws rock through woman’s SUV window, hides in attic
Police in Rock Hill charged the father of a 3-year-old boy with criminal domestic violence and damage to property after he allegedly threw a rock through the window of his child’s mother’s SUV while his son was nearby, cutting the woman.
Tyler Fesperman, 20, was found after the incident Friday hiding in his mother’s attic, police said.
In the incident that happened in the parking lot of Petsmart, officers found the victim with several cuts after she claimed she met Fesperman so that the boy could be given back to her after a visit.
A witness said he heard the couple arguing in the parking lot and then he heard a loud “pop” before Fesperman left the scene. The witness called police and stayed with the woman until officers arrived.
The 22-year-old victim said the large rock went through the passenger side window and then struck her in the right arm. Flying glass cut her on the lip and right hand.
