Clover man accused of sharing child porn

A Clover man was jailed on multiple counts of possession of child pornography after authorities searched his home, according to the S.C. Attorney General’s Office.

Vincent Allen Miller, 52, was arrested Tuesday and charged with 10 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was placed in the York County detention center and released Tuesday after posting a $50,000 bond, authorities say.

Investigators say Miller was involved in the sharing of child pornography.

Miller met with police July 31, and his cellphone was taken, according to a statement from the attorney general’s office. A forensic examination of the phone revealed “multiple images of child pornography.”

Each count of sexual exploitation of a minor is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

The case will be prosecuted by the attorney general’s office.
