No suspect leads on 2 ‘shots fired’ incidents in Rock Hill
Officers say two separate cases of shots fired in Rock Hill on Tuesday late afternoon and early Wednesday morning have no leads to suspects.
The incidents happened about nine hours apart in different parts of the city, according to police records. No one was injured and it does not appear the cases are related.
In one case, a woman’s house on Wrenfield Mill off Twin Lakes Road was hit with BB gun pellets around 2:15 a.m. Wednesday. One of the home’s windows was shattered by one of the three shots, police say.
In the other case, police say multiple residents reported hearing several gun shots in the area of Crawford Road and Booker Washington Street around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers investigated both cases but found no weapon or suspects.
