Rock Hill Police: Pub House bar owner assaulted with beer bottle
A Rock Hill bar owner was hit in the face with a beer bottle when he confronted a man about urinating outside the building, according to Rock Hill Police.
The victim, who is one of the owners of Pub House on Cherry Road, told officers he went to confront someone behind the building just after 1 a.m. Friday.
The suspect became “very irate” when the owner confronted him and pushed him into the wall of the building, according to a police report. He stepped back and threw two beer bottles at the owner, who deflected the first bottle with his arm but was hit in the face with the second bottle. The suspect then fled.
