An intoxicated man wearing only boxer shorts was charged with indecent exposure after repeatedly exposing himself outside his Rock Hill home, even after deputies arrived, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.

Anthony Michael Law, 29, of Stuart Carter Avenue, was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, a report states. He was placed in the York County Detention Center, where he remained Thursday under $3,200 bond.

Deputies were called to the 1800 block of Stuart Carter Avenue after reports of a man exposing himself, shouting and playing loud music, according to a sheriff’s report. Neighbors said Law was standing in his yard, yelling obscenities at them and showing his private parts.

Loud music could be heard in Law’s home while officers were standing at the street, deputies said. They saw him standing outside the home in boxers, grasping himself.

“Law was extremely intoxicated and continued to raise and lower his underwear ... while in my presence,” the deputy reported.

Officials say Law was uncooperative with deputies who tried to interview him and refused to keep himself covered.
