Arrest made in Clover liquor store burglary
York County sheriff’s investigators have charged a man with the weekend burglary of a Clover liquor store.
Jeremy David Floyd, 35, remained in the York County Detention Center Wednesday morning without bond, awaiting the service of warrants.
Floyd is charged in connection to the Sunday burglary of Brad’s Discount Beverage Store on East S.C. 55 in Clover.
Security cameras captured the incident on video.
The burglar covered his face as he entered the store and took money from the cash register, deputies have said. Just before the break-in, a man stood outside the store for several minutes smoking and looking into the window.
