Four people charged after Rock Hill drug bust

Four people were charged and authorities have warrants for a fifth person after a drug bust at a Rock Hill home Friday afternoon, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.

Officers with the York County Multi-jurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit searched a home on Hutchinson Street about 2:50 p.m. Friday and seized 7.4 grams of hydrocodone, .3 grams of methamphetamine, 18.5 grams of marijuana, 32 dosage units of Alprazolam, .2 grams of crack and a stolen firearm, according to a sheriff’s office report.

The house is located within a half-mile of Grove Park, investigators said.

According to drug unit Commander Marvin Brown, the four people arrested Friday were:

▪ Alicia Monique Ellis, 39, of Rock Hill, who was charged with trafficking hydrocodone, fourth offense, possession with intent to distribute hydrocodone in proximity to a park, possession of marijuana and resisting service of process.

▪ Aniston Shae Loncarie, 17, of Rock Hill, who was charged with possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful possession of a pistol, possession with intent to distribute crack, possession with intent to distribute crack in proximity to a park, possession with intent to distribute Alprazolam and possession with intent to distribute Alprazolam in proximity to a park.

▪ Thomas Wayne Outlaw, 46, of Rock Hill, who was charged with possession of methamphetamine, second offense.

▪ Danny James Hinton Jr., 28, of Edgemoor, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, second offense, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana in proximity to a park.

The sheriff’s office report states another 17-year-old man was not at the home during the search but will be charged by police. Brown said investigators have warrants for Raekwon Lamont Ervin, of Rock Hill, charging him with possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful possession of a pistol, possession with intent to distribute crack, possession with intent to distribute crack in proximity to a park, possession with intent to distribute Alprazolam and possession with intent to distribute Alprazolam in proximity to a park.

Ellis and Outlaw were being held at the York County Moss Justice Detention Center on Saturday without bond. Hinton’s bond was set at $10,000.
