Report: Man arrested after cursing police at Rock Hill Law Center
A dispute over an arrest by Rock Hill police led to another arrest.
Freddie Minor, 60, came into the Rock Hill Law Center early Tuesday morning after his sister said his nephew had been arrested. Officers contacted the city jail and confirmed Minor’s nephew was not being held by them.
But Minor continued to insist his nephew was being held in the jail, and “continued to yell and curse at officers,” according to a police report.
When Minor refused to leave the Law Center lobby, he was charged with public disorderly conduct.
