Rock Hill Police on Wednesday released surveillance video of a smash and grab break-in last month at a storage business.

The suspect broke the window on Nov. 21 to enter Cube Smart Self Storage on East Main Street. He is seen in the video stealing money and then crawling back through the window to leave.
